Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to every use of the Service, including the web app, the desktop app, and this website. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You sign in to the Service with a Google account. You are responsible for managing the Google accounts you connect.
• You may only connect Google accounts that you are authorized to use.
• You can delete your account at any time from the settings screen in the app.

3. Google services

The Service reads and writes your Google Calendar data through Google’s APIs. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s terms. Changes you make in the Service are reflected in Google Calendar, so please take care when editing or deleting events.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Violate laws or public order and morals
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or reputation
• Access the Service without authorization, or place an excessive load on its servers or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except where permitted by law
• Use the Service while impersonating someone else
• Do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate

5. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or end all or part of the Service without prior notice, for example for maintenance, failures, or other unavoidable reasons. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or delete your account.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the Service, including its software, design, and logo, belong to us or to the rightful owners. Rights in the calendar data you create remain with you.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that it is free of errors, fit for a particular purpose, or will always be available. Syncing with external services may be delayed or fail, and notifications may not arrive at the expected time.

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. If you keep using the Service after a revision, you agree to the revised Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Service.
